Data collected and why

The forms on this site collect: your name, your email address and, depending on the case, your organization, the date you have in mind, the type of engagement and your message. This data is used solely to answer your request (legal basis: pre-contractual steps) and, if you ticked the consent box, to send you communications (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Recipients and data processors

Your data is handled by Wing Consulting and hosted in our customer relationship management tool, ActiveCampaign LLC (United States), covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. No data is sold or passed on to third parties.

How long we keep it

Data is kept for 3 years after the last active contact, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights: ia@ikeraguirre.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising trackers. Page traffic is measured with Matomo, installed on our own servers in France: no cookies are set, your IP address is truncated before anything is recorded, no data is sent to a third party, and you are not tracked from one site to the next. This setup meets the conditions the CNIL lays down for audience measurement, and exempts this site from asking for your consent. Your browser's “do not track” signal is honored. The statistics produced are anonymous and kept for thirteen months. Embedded players (YouTube in “nocookie” mode, Spotify, Buzzsprout) are only called on when you start playing something; those third-party services may then set their own cookies, governed by their own policies.
