2017Thirty years in the field. One discovery.
An economist by training, an entrepreneur since 1997: seven companies founded, hundreds of people managed across 30 countries, a career built in the boardsports and action sports industry. Then 2009: a severe burnout and a near-death experience forced a radical turn. Why, despite the success, end up there? Everything else grew out of that question: the research, the keynotes in front of hundreds of thousands of people, the books — and the conviction that management must finally acknowledge its invisible side.
01 The journey — five lives in one
Each life prepared the next.
Life 1 1997–2015 · The boardsports industry
Entrepreneur in boardsports.
Driven by passion, I built an international career in boardsports and action sports: strategy, international trade, marketing, business and sports journalism, events, managing professional athletes, building infrastructure in high-altitude resorts. With ho5park: the Grand Palais turned into a snowpark (Orangina Gliss & Mix, 2010), a downhill mountain bike world championship in Montmartre (2011), Red Bull Tout Schuss, the parks at 7 Laux and Méribel — and Red Bull Shapes with Pierre Vaultier, over 10 million views.
You don't tame a wave. You learn to dance with it — that's my whole vision of leadership.
My journey, in numbers
7 companies founded · hundreds of people managed across 30 countries · hundreds of keynotes across Europe · 2 books · 95,000 podcast listens · 7 awards*.
Thirty years in the field. Zero armchair theory.
Life 2 2009–2018 · Burnout, and what came after
Fall down. Understand. Pass it on.
2009: severe burnout and a near-death experience. The question that changes everything: why, despite the success? I then threw myself into preventing psychosocial risks: as National Delegate of CJD France (2012–2016), I co-developed a prevention and sustainable performance program rolled out to 6,000 companies, alongside researchers in executive health, psychologists and cognitive science specialists. European stages followed — and workplace well-being became a field of action, never again a taboo subject.
Burnout cost me dearly. It saved thousands of leaders years of wandering.
Life 3 2012–today · Management transformation
Putting people back at the center.
Consulting in management transformation, inverted-pyramid dynamics, the liberated company without the dogma: fifteen years supporting leaders and organizations — from the small business to the large group — to prove that performance, engagement and humanity can go together. That's where the group-dynamics method was born, along with the principle that guides everything else: put people back at the center of the company, and the company at the service of life.
Fifteen years proving the same thing: people are not a cost. They're the lever.
Life 4 2019–today · Leadership with impaKt
Bringing out lighthouses.
École du Nouveau Leadership (2019–2023), the Sommet du Nouveau Leadership bringing together 5,000 companies (2021), then the impaKt groups and the Devenir Phare & Conférencier program: teaching leaders to dare, to own who they are and to shine — on stage as much as inside their own company. The conviction: every region needs lighthouse leaders, conscious and responsible, who light the way without blinding anyone.
A leader who shines lights the way far beyond their own company. That's what a lighthouse is.
Life 5 Today · Invisible leadership
Naming what everyone feels.
Fifteen years of research with researchers, extreme athletes, martial arts masters, advanced meditators and executives converge in the book Invisible Leadership (2026): presence, energy, consciousness — the subtle dimension of management, finally structured and usable. Taken to the stage in front of 1,500 people at the CJD national congress, it becomes a complete path: book, keynotes, assessment, app. Management has learned to organize people; what remains is to acknowledge its invisible side.
Everything I've lived through led here: giving words — and tools — to what every leader feels.

03 The speaker
The stage as a playground.
Hundreds of keynotes all over Europe, in French, Spanish and English. The Palais des Sports de Gerland in front of 1,500 people alongside Jean-Marc Jancovici and Frédérique Bedos, the Zénith de Pau with Raphaël Enthoven, TEDx Roanne, the CJD national congress in Nice, the Medef general assembly, seminars for Veolia, Crédit Agricole, SPIE… Every stage has the same goal: to light something that doesn't go out when you leave the room.
04 The author & the creator
Write, record, pass it on.
Two books — Quickwins and Invisible Leadership — and a complete knowledge-sharing ecosystem co-founded with Virginie Gonzalez: Konxus Média (French-language media). A print and digital magazine (over a million pages distributed), four podcast channels including Une Alchimie de l'Éveil (95,000 listens, 5 stars on Apple Podcasts and Spotify), a newsletter followed by 20,000 subscribers, and Meet & Talk events bringing together 50 to 100 companies every month. The principle: 100% of the content is free to access — company revenue funds free sharing with as many people as possible.
“The world doesn't have to change for us. It's up to us to change for it.”
